    How can the Task Force for NRB Engagement help Mrs. A? What are the steps involved?

    Short Answer:

    The Task Force can help Mrs. A by connecting her to the hospitals where Mrs. A can be a member of a medical board and can advise the board via Skype or other teleconferencing methods. Mrs. A can teach a class online, she can also be seeing patients via telemedicine portal.

    Long Answer:

    The Task Force for NRB Engagement can help Mrs. A in many ways and here are the steps:

    1. A will fill out an online form detailing her expertise, experience, expected remuneration (if any), expected travel expenses (if any) and availability of time
    2. The Task Force will send a notification to the hospitals and relevant authorities through a proper channel that such a resource is available
    3. The Task Force will not get involved in the negotiation or financial arrangement
    4. However, the Task Force will require Mr. A to report if he accepts the offer and then fills out a feedback or survey page after the engagement. This survey will be used to find areas of improvement in the process.
    5. The Task Force can organize/facilitate seminar, workshop, training or camps in association with the Health Services Division and DG Health.

    The Task Force can help Mr. A by connecting him to the Project Implementation units/Project Management Unitsof Different Ministries/Divisions/Organizations and with the private sector Engineering Companies involved in various mega/flag ship engineering projects.

    Long Answer:

    The Task Force for NRB Engagement can help Mr. A in many ways and here are the steps:

    1. A will fill out an online form detailing his expertise, experience, expected remuneration (if any), expected travel expenses (if any) and availability of time
    2. The Task Force will send a notification to the Project Implementation units/Project Management Units of Different Ministries/Divisions/Organizations and with the private sector companiesthat such an expertis available
    3. The Task Force will not get directly involved in the negotiation or financial arrangement
    4. However, the Task Force will require Mr. A to report if he accepts the offer and then fills out a feedback or survey page after the engagement. This survey will be used to find areas of improvement in the process.

    The Task Force can help Mr. A by connecting him to the reputed private university who are always looking for resource persons to teach. In addition, the Task Force can make an arrangement for him to conduct special courses in the public universities and training institutions.

    Long Answer:

    This is an example of the E or Expert Affiliation category. The Task Force can help for NRB Engagement can help Mr. A in different ways and some examples are as follows:

    1. A will fill out an online form detailing his expertise, experience, expected remuneration (if any), expected travel expenses (if any) and availability of time
    2. The Task Force will send a notification to the relevant private universities and national training institutes that such a resource person is available
    3. The Task Force will not get involved in the negotiation or financial arrangement
    4. However, the Task Force will require Mr. A to report if he accepts the offer and then fills out a feedback or survey page after the engagement. This survey will be used to find areas of improvement in the process.

    Short Answer:

    The Task Force can help Mr. A by coordinating the effort and making sure his philanthropic contribution is well spent. The Task Force will contact all relevant authorities and make the process painless for Mr. A.

    Long Answer:

    This is an example of the P or Philanthropy category. The Task Force for NRB Engagement can help Mr. A in different ways and here are the steps:

    1. A will fill out an online form detailing his wish proposal
    2. If this is specific to a location in Bangladesh, then the Task Force will contact the local authority through proper channel and find the appropriate recipient. If this is not for a specific location then the Task Force will find a suitable location based on the prior demands to be decided in consultation with local authorities.
    3. If Mr. A wants to donate the land to any specific charity then the Task Force will contact with relevant charitable organization through District Administration
    4. Recipient authority will be selected through strict scrutiny considering the reputation, intension and legal status of the organization.
    5. An MOU or an agreement will be signed between Mr. A and the recipient authority with involvement of District Administration
    6. The land will be handed over following the government’sland transfer process. The Task Force will facilitate the process.
    7. The recipient authority will provide periodic status on land utilization as per the agreement to the Task Force

    Short Answer:

    The Task Force can help Mr. A by facilitating the effort and making sure his philanthropic contribution is well spent through active supervision.. The Task Force will coordinate with all relevant authorities (District administration, local government institutions etc.) and make the process painless for Mr. A. The TaskForce will also follow-up, and monitor the implementation of activities and will ensure documentation for future reference.
